胰酶(Pancreatin)為助消化藥。主要含胰蛋白酶、胰淀粉酶和胰脂肪酶等,胰蛋白酶能使蛋白轉(zhuǎn)化為蛋白胨,胰淀粉酶使淀粉轉(zhuǎn)化為糊精與糖,胰脂肪酶則使脂肪分解為甘油和脂肪酸。在中性或弱堿性條件下活性較強(qiáng)。在腸液中消化淀粉、蛋白質(zhì)及脂肪,從而起到促進(jìn)消化和增進(jìn)食欲的作用。
胰酶是由動(dòng)物胰臟提取而成的固體酶制劑,其中含有胰蛋白酶、胰脂肪酶、胰淀粉酶主要成分為胰蛋白酶,其分子量為23300,屬肽鏈內(nèi)切酶。胰蛋白酶其分子量在一定溫度、PH值條件下能將大分子的蛋白質(zhì)水解成多肽及氨基酸等產(chǎn)物。適用于各種動(dòng)物蛋白水解、飼料、皮革紡織及醫(yī)藥行業(yè)等。

Pancreatin was used as a digestive aid. It mainly contains trypsin, pancreatic amylase and pancreatic lipase. Trypsin converts protein into peptone, pancreatic amylase converts starch into dextrin and sugar, and pancreatic lipase decomposes fat into glycerol and fatty acids. Under neutral or weak alkaline conditions, the activity is strong. In the intestinal juice digestion of starch, protein and fat, thus playing a role in promoting digestion and increase appetite. Trypsin is a solid enzyme preparation extracted from animal pancreas. It contains trypsin, pancreatic lipase and pancreatic amylase.
