葡萄糖氧化酶-Glucose oxidase

葡萄糖氧化酶是從特異青霉(Penicillium notatum)等霉菌和蜂蜜中發現的酶。它能催化D-葡萄糖+O2D-葡糖酸(的δ-內酯)+H2O2的反應。EC1.1.3.4.特異青霉(P.notatum)的酶以其顯有抗菌性而引入注意。因此,也有葡糖氧化酶(notatin)的稱呼,現已清楚,抗菌性是由于反應生成的H2O2具滅菌作用。提純物含有2分子的FAD,作為電子受體,除O2外,也能與2,6,二氯酚、靛酚反應。該酶對葡萄糖具有特異性。米氏常數Km也低(10-3M程度),由于能定量地生成H2O2,因此作為D-葡萄糖的定量試劑而廣泛被應用于生物化學領域和臨床檢查。
Glucose oxidase is an enzyme found in molds such as Penicillium notatum and honey. It can catalyze the reaction of d-glucose + O2D-gluconic acid (δ-lactone) + H2O2. Ec1.1.3.4. The enzyme of Penicillium speciosum (p. notatum) has attracted attention because of its obvious antibacterial activity. Therefore, it is also known as glucose oxidase (notatin) , and it is now clear that the antibacterial activity is due to the reaction generated by H2O2 with sterilization. The purified product contains 2-molecule FAD, which can react with 2,6, dichlorophenol and Indophenol besides O 2 as electron acceptor. The enzyme is specific for glucose. The Michaelis constant Km is also low (10-3M degree) and is widely used in biochemistry and clinical examination as a quantitative reagent for d-glucose because of its ability to quantitatively generate H2O2.
