植酸酶是催化植酸及其鹽類水解為肌醇與磷酸（鹽）的一類酶的總稱，屬磷酸單酯水解酶。

二．產品特性

·  具有良好的耐高溫性能，95℃處理5min，酶活仍保持較高水平，說明常規飼料制粒過程對酶活影響不大；

·  pH適應范圍廣，相對活性大于50% 的pH范圍在3.0-6.0之間；

· 適宜pH值4.5，更適應于在豬胃、禽胃和嗉囊中發揮作用。
